Pittsburgh’s KDKA anchorman Jon Delano interviews Obama during Obama’s PA campaign launch. Of course, Delano cuts straight to the heart of the matter:
Delano: When you think Pittsburgh, what comes to mind?
Obama: Steelers … growing up in the early 70s in Hawaii … that was my team. I used to root for Franco Harris and Terry Bradshaw, Lynn Swann and John Stalworth and all those guys.
The Steelers might actually trump jobs in the Pittsburgh region as Issue #1 for a lot of Democratic voters, and as a Pittsburgher, I mean that seriously.
